Travelodge by Wyndham Alpine

"Absolutely the worst hotel if you can call it. There is no front desk to check in. You have to walk across and check in at the diner which that experience in itself is lousy. Parking lot is completely closed off due to asphalt seal. The entire hotel is outdated, the ac barely works. Plus the other people staying they, let's just say that I probably would have been better off sleeping in car at Walmart. Absolutely disgusting, Do Not stay here. For the price, your not saving anything, intact spend little more if you want to rest comfortably."

"Not the best deal in town but quiet and there's a diner next door. There is no daily room service, you have to call and ask for linens. The entry exit doors don't lock so security isn't great. Had a leak under my bathtub shower leaking into the bathroom floor. The sink counter which is immediately inside the room next to the door is literally falling off the wall. They do not match online prices. Summary, this is not a 100 dollar a night hotel, more like 45 dollar range."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The room was big, clean and cool. Great bed and lots of storage place. The check in/out in the next-door diner went well and we even got our room early. I have no idea why this place gets bad reviews. We had nothing to complain about at all."

"Apparently this location has had plumbing issues for over a week and has to cancel reservations but waited until less than 12 hours before I was supposed to arrive to cancel my booking. If there's been an issue for a week, why are you waiting until the last minute to tell people? It's the holidays, where else am I supposed to get a last minute pet friendly room that doesn't cost an arm or a leg? Had I been given notice in advance about the plumbing issues I could have made other accommodations. Person on the phone was rude and dismissive when I said that I understand these things happen and I know she's just the messenger, but whoever is in charge of giving people proper notice made a mistake here. Basically got the answer of "it's your problem now, check Google". If they're having issues they need to call people sooner and let them know so they actually have time to change their reservations. "We are giving you notice, we called you!" Yeah, the morning of my reservation. Some notice."

"Didn't stay at the hotel ate at their Diner today 7/31/22 around 1am. Food was under cooked and witnessed a very pleasant smiling employee get cursed at and yelled at by her peers. We later found out the cook and his helper were the ones who bad trashed the desk clerk for asking the cook a simple question. Later on the other lady yelled and disrespected her again and the cooked laughed. I felt bad for that front end help. She was welcoming and all smiles throughout the time we were there. We waited almost an hour to get our food and at that I received my food before my wife. We will never again eat there. and they"
