"Bought one Funky republic vape from this shop and it didn’t work. Returned it and got a free replacement but the replacement didn’t work either and the owner tells me that he can’t do anything about it until I argue with him and he offers me 25% discount after selling me 2 busted products. As a business owner myself, I have never felt it appropriate to screw the customer like this when the product or service I’m offering is not up to par. Make sure you check all products in store because you may just lose your money and get nothing in the end. Edit: After the owner responded to my first part I wanted to make clear another part of our conversation had in the store. The owner himself chose to point out that the Tyson vapes he received were less than 40% functional. Which means he knows that there are faulty products in the store. I understand that I should have read the signs, however when you understand that you may be selling faulty products, you should also understand that customers expect you to fix the situation when you were previously aware."
