"I paid to have a sleep test done at the behest of my doctor, turned in the sleep monitor after using it, never received any follow up communication, and months later I’m continuing to suffocate in my sleep. These people are disturbingly bad."

"As a busy CEO it’s been a challenge to schedule with them (because of my schedule and timing). Did not know what to expect coming in for my sleep study yesterday. Staff set all the right expectations and Jacob made the process easy and explained everything to me. The place looks like a house so it doesn’t feel like you’re sleeping in a medical facility that much. When get there, focus on why you’re there. Put your phone away. I had used my favorite sleep meditation by Jacob Stephenson on YouTube despite being so wired when I had got there. Thanks guys! Highly recommended!"

"I did an overnight sleep study at this location in September of 2022. The only things that made me give it 4 stars instead of 5 is the size of the parking lot (I arrived at night and nearly missed it it was so small. But since I arrived at night, I had no issue parking). But otherwise, the staff is super nice. They had a Sleep Number bed with two pillows in the study room and wifi. If Jacob is your sleep study tech, he is super kind and patient. He answered all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my entire stay!"

"My PCP sent a referral to them over a month ago. I called on 12/30 and they never got it. I called my PCP same day and she sent faxed again while I was on the phone. I called REM back and confirmed they received it. Said it should be a couple weeks to get authorization from insurance company. It is 2 weeks later, I called again to get an update and what do you know, they never got my fax nor am I in their system."

"after reading the bad reviews i was a little skeptical about keeping my appointment. Needless to say i am so glad i did as my experience was awesome! My appointment was on 2/1/19 at 9pm so i had to ring the doorbell but there is a sign on the door that clearly states it. The man that answered greeted us (my husband and I) warmly and led us to a room and said he was working on another patient but he would be with us in 10 minutes. I cannot remember the sleep techs name but he was very nice!. Anyways, he was back in the room within 10 minutes and explained how the process was going to go. He answered all questions i had and was very patient and made friendly conversation with my husband and I. As far as the room goes it is a small room but there are 2 chairs, a full (maybe a queen) bed, a stand with the equipment on it and a tv in the corner. The lights are dimmers so you can have it as bright or as dim as you need and there is also a ceiling fan. One thing i was worried about was how quiet it was because I sleep with the air conditioner on and a fan on high for the noise. i didn't have anything to worry about because they also had a noise maker to help people like me sleep! The bed was quite comfortable and i ended up having a great nights rest even with all the wires hooked up! Since I also had the MSLT sleep test I had to stay into the next day. i was woken up at 5 and met another sleep tech who is also a manager and she was also extremely nice and thorough with everything! Overall i had a great experience and would stay here again if i needed to do another test!"
