"My experience with Far West Imaging has been less than satisfactory, to say the least. I've been trying to resolve billing issues for months now, and it's been quite frustrating. The major problem I encountered was the discrepancy between the amount they charged me and the claim submitted to my insurance. Attempting to reach out to their billing department has been a challenge in itself. Countless calls have gone unanswered or have led to conversations with staff who appeared to be clueless. To make matters worse, the provided phone number for the billing department seems to be a dead end, as it continually rings without any response. Their practice outsources readings to a different company. This has resulted in multiple bills showing up, piling on top of the initial upfront cost and the insurance billing. Despite these issues, I must acknowledge that their imaging services themselves were satisfactory, hence the three-star rating. If Far West Imaging could improve their communication and billing processes, it would significantly enhance the overall customer experience. For now, I'm left with mixed feelings about my interactions with the company."

"I was told that my insurance would be charged and to disregard any outstanding balance, that I would be receiving 3 notices in the mail. I did EXACTLY this and they sent me to the collections agency for an MRI I had done in July 2022. They are providing people with false information."

"I have been here twice. The 1st time I was told they are a community imaging facility and they would bill my insurance and never send me a bill. That is exactly what happened. 1 year later I was sent there again and the same lady told me that they are still a community organization but their process had changed and that they would now send me 3 bills but to ignore them. I did exactly what they instructed me to do. Now I have a collections company contacting me. I will pay the balance due but I am frustrated as obviously they are giving people the wrong information."
