"This place is a great place to go if you need an MRI. Very easy to get an apt nice staff, little wait. Very clean and professional service all around. If you have been through this process before you know it can be tedious and take time and appointments are hard to get in a rush. Here you can get in super fast!! Open Sundays too!"
"My dr sent in an order for an MR and I was contacted shortly thereafter to schedule my exam and was able to get exam a few hours later. Checkin process was very easy. Front desk staff (Pauline) was amazing very friendly and professional. Jeremy the tech was awesome great bedside manners, explained the whole process of the exam and made the exam very comfortable. I surely will be back if I need anymore imaging. Facility was nice, quite, clean and very accessible."
"Great customer service over the phone, good scheduling, online registration made check-in quick and easy — once I FINALLY I got up to the reception desk. I know staffing is short but it sure would be nice if another staffer was cross-trained for those times when one person is holding up the line — we other THREE patients could have been checked in during the time reception was resolving an issue with another patient. But overall, a good experience."
"This place was amazing! I got there about 25 minutes before my scheduled procedure time, and they were so efficient that I was done and back in my car 10 minutes before that scheduled time! Everyone was incredibly friendly, and my tech was unbelievably cool and made the whole thing even seem fun! I can’t speak highly enough of this place based off this, my first experience with them!"
