"Since ARA and my insurance couldn’t reach an agreement, I was told to go to Touch Stone. I actually like them so much better I feel like they’re nicer to deal with have a nice facility. I went to the one in round rock and you get faster results! I definitely would recommend them over, another clinic."
"Please stay away from touchstone imaging if you can. I wish to give zero stars, but there’s no option for that. I usually never leave a review, but forced to give one now. I took a scan last November at this facility. At the time of service the receptionist told that my service is covered by insurance at 100%. I have a high deductible plan. So I made sure of that. Even while taking the scan the radiologist told its covered 100% and made me to go for two scans of the same part. But after sometime I got the bill for around 900$ saying that the insurance did not cover. According to my insurance, the receptionist mistook that my scan is preventive care and it’s covered 100%. But for their mistake I am at loss ( I could have stopped with one scan at that time if I would have known). I am keep calling the billing department for the past four months and they always say supervisor will call back and I don’t get any call and now I got an email that my bill is going to escalate to collection agency. Seriously? I am so disappointed and I am never going back to touchstone."
"Horrible customer service. Billing is awful to deal with. My FSA wanted confirmation of a charge. I called, was dropped or hung up on 3x, and they refused to send me an itemized copy of the bill or to allow me to speak to a supervisor."
"When I was supposed to go there for my MRI I told the lady at least three times on the phone that I needed the bigger machine she still scheduled me for the smaller machine and then they proceeded to tell me that they were booked out for the next two weeks and they couldn't get me in before that. Then for my CT scan earlier this week date call me up and cancel my appointment because they didn't have a fishing after 2:00. Once I finally got there the staff was friendly the place was clean but that's all I can say good about that place"
