"Was on the phone trying to schedule a follow-up fetal ultrasound (anatomy scan) and talked to multiple people who had no idea what to schedule. It says on their website they perform this, but the guy who answered the phone the second time (who works in-office at this location) was extremely rude and ended up hanging up on me mid-sentence. As someone pregnant (who works as an RN themselves) and just trying to get proper imaging for my child, I’m extremely disappointed in how I was talked to and treated. Please do better."
"I recently had a CT scan at ARA. Everything about the experience was perfection from beginning to end.. I showed up at the wrong facility and they were very courteous .,, sent me to the correct Location and called ahead to let them know that I was going to be late. My tech was amazing and the front desk at the correct facility was also amazing.."

"Visited on a weekday morning, quick check in process. Walk-in allowed for X-rays for same day. In some locations the x ray machine might be occupied, please call up before arriving. Helpful staff. Better to fill in application online to avoid wait time. Results sent in 24hours to doctors office."
