ARA Diagnostic Imaging - Westlake

"From the start of my scheduling on the phone to arriving at the front desk staff (10 minutes late), and especially my technician at the Westlake location, this team knocked it out of the park with grace, kindness, and just all around going out of their way to be helpful. Thanks to all for one of the best medical appointments I’ve ever been to!"

"This review is for the scheduling department, not the in person staff. Needed to schedule an x-ray and MRI for my child. Had to schedule them as two different appointments due to ARA rules. When I called to schedule the appointments, they asked me to read all the info from the order over the phone. So I spent 20 minutes spelling the doctors' name, giving the doctor's address, and spelling out the diagnostic codes. They asked me to do it for each test even though both tests were ordered by the same doctor. I figured annoying but worth it - now we are all set for our appointment. Upon arrival, we were informed that we could not be treated because I did not have the piece of paper that includes the doctor's signature. No one mentioned this before hand. If they need the piece of paper with the doctor's signature - which also has the doctor's name, address, and all the diagnostic codes - all the info I spent 20 min giving over the phone - why not just have me send them a picture of it at the start of this scheduling process? Why have me spend 20 minutes spelling things on the phone? We spent over an hour driving there, being told we can't be seen, driving home to get the piece of paper, and driving back. But by then we were out of time and I had to return my child to school. I have now invested 1 hour and 20 minutes in this process and have yet to have any tests completed. This operation is inefficient and callous with customer time. Shame on them."

"An outstanding health care experience, beginning the moment you enter the waiting room. The facility is clean, well-organized and functionally-staffed. The radiology technician I had perform my MRI (Amy) was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable, and made the entire procedure pleasant and efficient. Bravo Zulu to the entire staff!!!!"

"I highly recommend ARA! Every time I am seen, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The online check-in is great. The facility (Westlake location) is always clean. Sheila, my mammography tech was very knowledgeable and super sweet."

"I just did my first Mammogram and was a little nervous. At the front desk they were very friendly. Waiting time wasn’t long. Maybe 5 minutes. The lady that did the mammography was so nice (I believe her name is Ashley) She gave me a robe that was warmed up and told me step by step what she was going to do and why. That was very helpful for my anxiety and everything went pretty smooth. Besides from the fact that it’s not very comfortable. She tried to make it as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend this place."
