"We have had our hot tub about a month now, and couldn't be happier with the whole experience start to finish! We have used it every day but one. Brad and the staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and so pleasant to work with. We live in Lamesa and had shopped around for a hot tub at other locations in Lubbock and Midland, and had planned to continue shopping more after our visit to Alcoe. When my wife and I got in the car to leave after our visit with Brad in the store, we both looked at each other and said, "This is it, just what we have been looking for!" So, we went right back in and made the deal. Ken, Matt, and Smitty were very meticulous and professional with the installation and explanation of how to care for our hot tub. Brad has even very graciously and expertly answered questions by phone. "I purchased a spa (hit tub) from Brad at Alcoe in Lubbock approximately 3 months ago. Brad is one of the good guys. He is personable, professional, knowledgeable about his products, and is very easy going. He listened to what I was looking for, asked the right questions, and listened closely to my answers. The process was simple, to the point and pretty much effortless. He explained in great detail what to expect from the spa and how to take care of it. He has been easy to get a hold of with questions I have and answered quickly and honestly. The installation was quickly and expertly handled by Ken and Matt, two more of the good guys. They know what they are doing. The entire installation process, from start to finish(water and chemical in and hot tub running and heating up) took around 2 and 1/2 hours. They too explained, in detail, the workings of the spa and the routine maintenance that goes along with being a spa owner. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR AQUALITY HOT TUB, ALCOE IN LUBBOCK IS THE ONLY PLACE YOU NEED TO GO. Highest rating (stars) I can give is 5, but ALCOE IN LUBBOCK IS A DEFINITE 10."
