"My wife a I were totally disappointed with our stay. We spent 3 nights in 3 different rooms. 1st night we found a roach (live) in the bathroom had no desire stay in that room. Day 2 the water went out for about 30 minuets when the water came back on we ran the water for 30 minutes and it was still coming out brownish from the tap. The whole 6th floor smelled of raw sewage and we asked asked to be moved to another room on a different floor. I rode the elevator up and down to see which floor did not smell of raw sewage. I was offered a room on the 8th floor. I asked if I could look at the room before we made the move. The room looked ok except the fecal matter looking substance on the celling of the shower. I declined that room and was offered a room on the 14th floor. By moving to this room we lost out on having our balcony. At this point I did not care any more. Room on 14th floor was good, only negative was the hot water ran out after running the shower for 5 minutes. We were comped a free breakfast and was promised 20K points but I haven't seen those yet. Matters not, we will not be staying with Marriott again."

"The hotel is very nice. I did find the rooms to be quite small but very well updated. The rooms don’t get cold. The staff was very friendly and quick to respond."

"The hotel and room was fantastic and I could not ask for more. It was a perfect and peaceful mini getaway. The hotel staff were not as pleasant as I've experienced in the past as each time I went up to the counter (once to check in and once to get tooth paste) the staff were talking with their backs to the counter and laughing. I stood there for 2-3 minutes before they turned around. Once they turned around, it almost felt like I was burdening them."

"Check in was quick and easy. The hotel itself was nice and clean. The room we were in was very spacious needs updated. I noticed our sink in the bathroom was draining SLOWLY, ask the lady at the front desk for a different room she stated they were full for the night and would get someone up there, no one ever came. The next day as we were heading out I mentioned it to someone at the desk and he stated he would let them know immediately. Upon our return to our room I checked the sink and it was still draining SLOWLY."

"Definitely stayed here for the location. Right on the canal. Short walking distance to some restaurants etc , got upgraded to a canal view with balcony and that has to be one of the better balcony’s I’ve had at a hotel - good size and they had those Adirondack chairs which are so comfortable , sadly the weather wasn’t great for our stay but those are a nice touch. I called to see if our room was ready early and they said yes and activated my mobile key but my door definitely didn’t have mobile key access even though the guy at the front desk swore it would. It did not. We also got a late checkout but starting at like 9:30am (twice) the housekeeping staff knocked on our door to see if we were leaving yet so they could clean (regular checkout is at 11am). Nice lobby, spacious. Didn’t have breakfast but they had a nice restaurant for it ($20 - something for breakfast). Enjoyed the workout room - lots of machines and equipment, kept clean. Had a pool but didn’t use it. The Room in places is definitely starting to show its age but overall the room is kept up and clean. Felt a little stiff from the bed but slept well - idk if just the pillows were too soft to the firm bed but just woke up a little stiff. The people next to us were playing music in their room at midnight which we could hear thru the connecting door but thankfully they turned it off shortly after midnight but def not super quiet rooms. Parking is free which is a bonus. Close to the airport if that’s needed. Overall had a good stay, just some minor things but we were just there for a night, so it worked well for what we needed."
