"My family and I just stayed at this hotel over the weekend for a cheer comp. I didn’t have a choice but to stay at this hotel. The service is great and they have a great breakfast. HOWEVER!!! I felt like I was in a 1980s hotel room! Everyone I spoke to and visited their rooms had a beautiful renovated, WELL LIT room. My room was very OLD! The lighting was so bad that I had to either go to the lobby or someone else’s room to get ready! It was TERRIBLE! We will more than likely stay there again next year, but please can you renovate ALL of the rooms?!?!"

"Huge shout out to Maribeth at the front desk. She had such great customer service. I travel weekly for work and I really appreciate good whole hearted customer service. Thank you for everything and the recommendations"

"The rooms were outdated and small. The location seems a little seedy but it was convenient to the airport. Earns 5 stars though due to Chef James and Chef Thomas for personally taking care of my special dietary needs. Aimee was very pleasant at breakfast each day."

"Friendly, professional, welcoming staff. Great service throughout the hotel. Bed: A Linens, towels, etc: A HVAC: B- Drafty onto the bed Lighting: B Decor: C- Well worn furnishings, brown carpet (probably hides stains well), sofa has stain on it Internet speed: B- Shower: D Way too little water pressure TV: C Not a lot of channels, no ABC (their "contract with this station owner has expired") View: A Quiet room: A Club lounge on 12th floor: C The smell from the air freshener is absolutely overpowering. It's so strong that is makes you wonder what smell they're trying to hide. Good breakfast options. Snacks in the evening were sparse. Inconvenient storage of drinks (small fridges on the floor). (Heavy!) lids for breakfast food are under heat lamps, so they cover the handles with paper napkins so they're not too hot to pick up. Hot plates or induction plates have been used for years in other lounges and are very effective at keeping food hot without making the lids too hot to pick up. They should think about the convenience of their guests. Convenient access via shuttle bus to DFW. Adequate on-site parking."

"Just fine in terms of quality. The rooms were fine and pretty clean but several things throughout the hotel were broken like multiple ice machines and part of the curtains in the room. Above average breakfast set up and the bar was pleasant but nothing special."
