"Clean, and well appointed.staff was courteous and professional. breakfast left a little to be desired but it's served all the way to check out. A great value at a reasonable price in a beautiful area centrally located."

"my family members were charged twice for our rooms. The front desk clerk refused to provide the invoice. She intimidated against reporting her misconduct by threatening to call the police to issue a criminal trespass to deter contact with the parent company. Hilton Honors was called from the hotel lobby and put on speakerphone to explain that they verified ID, and admitted we were overcharged. As the parent company confirmed we had an active booking, the clerk (who did not know our young adult children) said she would find all our family and use the police to take action against them in retaliation against us. We had to miss holiday time together and spend over an hour waiting for the police to deal with this. Although the parent company informed the Irving police that they authorized several confirmation numbers for our stay, the clerk insisted that the police issue the most severe action possible in the form of reporting criminal trespass. It was cold and raining outside, and we did not have vehicles. The clerk yelled at my nephew, (an adult child with a disability) for asking for a drink from the open beverage station. And after he followed her instructions to find the restroom around the corner from the front desk she accused him of touching the wrong doorknob and tried to twist that into a crime."

"My impression is that the Hampton Inn Dallas/Irving-Las Colinas has made commendable strides in revitalizing what is clearly an older building. The rooms, while showing signs of the hotel's age, provided a comfortable retreat. The staff had a level of politeness and professionalism that contributed positively to the stay. The included breakfast, while not extravagant, was certainly sufficient. All in all, it was a good stay."

"I would prefer to say that this was in the list of worst hotels I have stayed at and not the #1 worst but I would be lying. This is the #1 worst hotel by far I have ever stayed at. I also never do reviews of any sort. The room was booked by a company for a business trip. We got here the hotel itself smelled a little but wasn’t a strong smell. When we got to the room there was no hot water for showers and the ac unit looked like it had some mold inside of the vents as well. We brought a Xbox with us as well so we could put kids shows on for our baby to watch that they wanted to watch and was unable to change the input. We asked the front desk about this and they didn’t have an answer as to why we couldn’t change the input or even a solution for it either. When it came to the day to check out they wanted everyone out of their room and checked out even tho we all were at a business event. They provided no solutions for any of the issues but add stress to everyone that was at the business even. If I could give a zero star review I 100% would."

"Everything about my stay at the Hampton Inn in Las Colinas has been great. No problems with my reservation, the room is always ready and clean. The pool area is clean and ready to use. I have enjoyed the complimentary breakfast on each of my visits. I received two complimentary bottled waters at checkout on my last visit, I appreciated that. Thank you Hampton-Inn, for making my visits pleasant and worry free!"
