"Wow. Do NOT stay here. I paid for a week, as soon as I checked in I realized the AC did not work. I spent the entire week in that room with no AC, no WiFi, and a horrible roach infestation. Management refused to change me to a different room or refund me. I am still dealing with this company’s “guest relations” department trying to get my money back. Stay anywhere, I mean ANYWHERE but here."

"My wife and I stayed 2 nights here for the Cotton Bowl. As soon as we entered the hallway to our room it smelled musty and dirty. We opened the door to our room and it was nasty. The floors were dirty and old. The room smelled terrible. The coffee table was broken and pieced together. The refrigerator didn’t get cold but the freezer did. The screen on the window looked like someone either tried to break in or kicked it out. The paint on the walls is patchy and if there was metal somewhere it was rusted. The “free wifi” didn’t work. There was no head on our shower, it was just a tube coming out of the wall. I went to the front desk to tell them we wanted a room with a shower head or have ours fixed and they said that someone would come fix it and nobody ever came to fix it. While at the front desk there were several other people with complaints about their rooms. The kitchenette is so small the you have to stand to the right of the fridge to open/close the door. This was the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed at and will be contacting corporate. I would never recommend anyone to stay here and would urge everyone to spend a few more dollars and stay somewhere else. I will say that the ladies at the front desk were friendly."

"Stayed for 3 nights. First room i stayed the night in i woke up to find 3 bed bugs in the bed. I told the front desk and they switched me rooms. The next room i got had 3 roaches but this was better than bed bugs. The rooms all look like they are barely cleaned. Dust and dirt were piled up in the corners of the room. The furniture was all busted some with dog bite marks others with cigarette burn marks. None of the amenities were open. Unless its a last resort, try and stay else where. There is no one working the front desk past 11pm and my card stopped working and i couldnt get into my room on the 2nd night. Overall terrible experience and would never go back. Wish i had read the other reviews before booking."

"While waiting for our place to be move in ready, we had to find somewhere to stay for a few days..I was hesitant about staying here, especially after the experience family members had at a "sister" location up the street , BUT I have nothing but good things to say about THIS location.. The staff here is friendly and very helpful. The rooms, we stayed in a deluxe queen with sofa, are spacious and clean, our roomy kitchen was what I liked.. I was expecting a stove with 2 burners, nope, it was small but with 4 burners AND an OVEN!! The carpet was a little dirty but what do you expect from any hotel with guest traffic on the daily.. you'll find a few room attendants on every floor during the day mopping, vacuuming and cleaning rooms which I liked, not once did I get that "musty, smelly hotel" smells"

"I booked two rooms and upon check in, the tv was not working in either room, one of the rooms had no air working and the smoke detector in the other room was chirping all night due to needing a new battery. I’m sure all of this was know before giving us those rooms, and yet they still placed us in them. So, for 2 days, I requested that these items be handled and they were not. Will never book at this location again…."
