"They don't handle problems. When a customer complains about someone being too loud when your husband and your almost 18 month old is trying to sleep and they keep you up all night long. I told them if I have to tell them to tell someone to knock it off that I will have the police out here."

"Stayed here for a few days back in mid-June with 2 friends. The location is nice, stayed here when it was a Best Western, but they no longer are. When checking in the guy helping us got mad we wanted an early check-in, only to get to our rooms and find one room had a stain on the bed, one room smelled like cigarettes, and my room the door frame was broken and the door would close properly. Having going back down stairs and explaining the issues the same guy moved us but first making a big deal about it saying “we can clean that if you want”… like no. Also, the licenses for pool and breakfast are under Best Western, no sure how legal that is if it’s no longer a best western. Wouldn’t recommend, stay literally anywhere else."

"To preface, this hotel is no longer a best western, poor quality, Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Got to the hotel for early check-in and they didn’t have my reservation that I had made if February, after almost an hour we were finally able to get things straightened out and get into a room. The room I was finally able to get into wasn’t what I had paid for, luckily the people at the from desk were able to get me in the desired type of room I had booked. Unfortunately the new room’s AC was out so we had to be moved to another room of the same kind with a working AC. The rooms were not entirely clean with dirt in the tubs, knife wholes in the wall, roaches and bugs in the rooms and suspicious stains in the bedding. Advertised a pool and hot tub but both were out for “routine maintenance”. Although staff was pretty nice your money would be better spent at another location."

"This place was horrible. It looks decent from the outside but the rooms are trash. I was originally in 127 king size and it had several roaches. Was moved to 237 double beds which were small as hell. I couldn’t even lay up comfortably with my man. The phone in the room didn’t work had to call from my cell phone. Also the microwave sucked I literally warmed up food for 8 mins and it was barely warm. Try to get at least a partial refund for the inconvenience of going back-and-forth. Manager stated since it cost more to have a double bed instead of king that no refund would be granted. Was informed I should have asked for a suite but the person that switched us informed us at 1am double bed was all they had available. It was a hot mess my night was ruin and so uncomfortable couldn’t wait to check out. I would and photos and videos but couldn’t dig up enough courage to post them."
