"I just wanted to share I am a guy that has never been in trouble yes I'm African American and I have a few face tats my English is good I don't sound rude or nothing I came to check in a night at this hotel or was a Indian female guest clerk who was VERY racist. She told me a price 20$ higher and told me "look I don't want any problems here this is my life" mind you i was very respectful and gave zero indication of being violent or ghetto I spoke well This really hurt my feelings and offended me. We need to do a better job of judging people and not assuming they are bad people because of how we believe they are. I let it go and did not respond to the woman despite this harsh judgement It was very very offensive especially when I gave zero indication of being "ghetto" in any way honestly I sound proper the way I speak and present myself and dress well also Luckily I went to a hotel very close nearby and the guy who was also Indian was not rude and allowed me to stay the night with no issue I'll have to get the name of this hotel later. I don't recommend the oasis to anyone because of this highly racist encounter it greatly offended me. Please do better It's almost the same as me claiming she'd scam because she's Indian but I would never in my right mind think that way because I simply don't believe in race Please do better. And more I can assure there where zero arguments and indication of me being shady i even ignored her comments"

"I was coming from out of state to attend an interview in Arlington with a company called DAC which is about 6.5 minutes away from this Oasis motel, and I boooked a room online and my GPS brought me there as the cheapest hotel near my interview. So I arrived on a Thursdays the 23rd of June 2022 and filled out their little intake or booking form on the front desk, and I gave them my ID details and the color and type of car that I drove to there on June 23rd to 25th 2022, and they illegally brought my personal ID and information and gave to the police for a crime that occurred 2 months later in August the 2nd 2022 when I was nowhere near that motel crime scene. If not for my Google Time-line / GPS Tracking and the people that I was spending time with on that date and time, I would have been in proson for 30 years for a false accusation of Aggravated Assault With A Deadly Weapon. A crime that I’m completely unaware of, and innocent and I'm now homeless, living on the side of the streets, because of what this false accusation in this motel and they've caused me everything I've ever worked for. This place is the worst place in Arlington to spend your hard earned money with because their service are absolutely minus zero ratings. And if you want your name and character to be finally assassinated, then go there."

"Ive stayed here on And off for a few years and the place is generally clean especially for an older motel .they keep the traffic down and its usually pretty quite with the exception of the train . They are usually friendly but it is a business and they want their money just as you would. Pay on time and be in good standing with them and there wont be issues."

"My experience at this motel was horrible. First thing they charged me an extra twenty dollars because I checked in before 3pm. I was tired from traveling so instead of looking for some place else I paid the money. It just left a bad feeling. When I checked in the young woman kept on repeating "No visitors and check out is at 11am." The next day about twenty minutes before 11am there was a knock on the door. When I opened the door a lady stated that it was time for check out. Really?! It's not even 11am yet! It's apparent that the management has no regard for customer service. Now let's get to the cleanliness of the room. All the towels had stains on them and looked to be quite old. The carpet along the edges and in the corners is so old that it is starting to brake down. The light and electrical outlets are filthy. Also the shower curtain had an extreme amount of mold on the bottom. Really gross! If the cost of the room was thirty dollars it would have made it more bareable. I mean seventy plus dollars for one night. I don't know if the other rooms are in such ill repair and cleanliness. I just know the room I was given was very unexceptable. My advice is to find another place to stay."

"Do not go to this motel if you're using a debt card. They will take more money than they say their going to. And refuse to reimburse you. Terrible service from the beginning of your stay until the end of your stay. My wife and I have two kids under the age of 4 the A/C didn't work we noticed that there were quite a few rooms open so we asked them to have the A/C in that room fixed or if they could put us in a nother room. They told us we would just have to deal with it. But we're welcome to find somewhere else to stay if we'd like. But they don't give refunds. If you're looking for a great place to stay for cheap stay at the Mayflower motel down the street. Their service is great. Their rooms are clean. And there is no shady B's going on. Their address is 1003 W Division St, Arlington, TX 76012. Trust me you'll be much better off."
