"I had no towels when I came in. There was no coffee. The two Indian guys in the front desk were not helpful at all. I had no covers and it was cold. I spent so much money on this and the whole place smells like marijuana. This is supposed to be a smoke-free facility. I have lung issues. I cannot smell that that’s the reason I got a non-smoking room and they put me in a place where it smells like nothing but smoke. There was no soaps to shower. There’s cracks on the floor the bed was broke."
"The room we had was great. It was clean , nice bed. Looks recently remodeled. The ice machine area clean, pool area clean.the staff Deb and manager Mike were nice."
"Stayed here occasionally due to the price, used to be great it accommodates pets which is rare. Customer service, absolutely atrocious this last stay, housekeeping kept trying to kick us out when we were trying to add a reservation already paid to on our current stay (which night staff incorrectly informed us we could do) when all was figured out the next day we were still rushed out of there. In our rush we left behind some jewelry and although allowed to search our room were falsely accused for our cats leaving poop everywhere even though our cats are very clean and WE SWEPT THE LITTER BEFORE LEAVING. We weren't planning on returning but after that outburst I had to leave a 1 star, and will still not be returning."
"Hotel was great! Clean, basic, decent room as expected. But Paul at check-in and Mike the manager were great, friendly, helpful and made the stay really a great experience!"
"This used to be my go-to spot when I came to town, but the last couple of times, I've had issues with bedbugs. They didn't offer another room. I had to tell them to give me another room or my money back. It took forever for them to even acknowledge my calls and comings to the office to complain even after showing pictures. Had the nerve to say management was sleeping. It's after midnight. I would like to be sleeping, but I can't so wake him do something. The next day, after moving rooms, I did see someone in there breaking the room down and removing the beds."
