"Townhomes are out dated and small. The fees are ridiculous high for it to only be 825 square feet will you pay additional $100 - $200 in fees a month. Property management is always changing hint the 5 star’s review are always from them. Order cameras before you move over here thankfully few neighbors do a “neighborhood watch” to try keep our cars and homes safe by calling police in time. Needs a new fence for safety pool is never cleaned in summer time. The only reason we stay is the community of neighbors good people who actually are friendly. Not very kid friendly maybe see 2 or 3 kids playing outside more because parents fear the people coming through the fence harming them. Getting a upgrade is like pulling teeth use to spray for bugs and clean carpets yearly no more. Older maintenance man does his job right."

"Beautiful Townhomes! It's so awesome to have tables and chairs pools side. What a better way to host a birthday party with a SPLASH in the pool!!"

"The rent was reasonable and the first manager when I moved in was okay. It started out where you have assigned parking but when the new manager came she was horrible. The appliances and appearance were out dated and the units are small. When the new manager came the townhomes went down and all kind of low lives moved in and park UK ng became a mess. The neighbors were loud and you could here them running up and down the stairs all night.nit was a 2 bedroom but 6 people lived next door. I eventually moved. This complex is for small families, elders or single people not large families with multiple pets and children..its small. No roaches or rats but a MAJOR ant and spider issue, waterbugs too. Everytime the neighbors moved out(I stayed there 3 years) their washer and dryer would flood my unit. How that happened is beyond me. The poor maintenance man did his job but it was one man trying to do it all and they really need to be upgraded. They gave me a unit that was outdated but kept my $400 security deposit for things that apartments are supposed to change or clean yearly anyway."

"I lived here in 2008 and 2009 right after graduating high school. It was by far the best apartment complex I ever lived in! Since then I've been in for five of their apartment complex is moving for work and other things, and I've been in some pretty good ones in pretty bad ones but this is by far the best. The people in the office were awfully nice, it's a small apartment complex where you don't have to worry about your things getting stolen, and when my AC went out in July 2008 the first month of moving in they got it fixed within 2 days. Reading some of these comments I just don't understand because they were always so nice and gotten things taken care of in a very timely manner! When I moved in the place was pristine. I couldn't think of anything I could ask for differently that would have made my experience any better!! God bless and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!"

"I have had the worst luck here. If I could get out of my contract, I would. The office staff is nice. I have been here since August 2017 and everything was not repaired when I moved in. I have maybe 10 work orders on file. The mold was sprayed over instead of cleaned. Spiderwebs were everywhere. I was told extermination happens every 3 months; haven't seen it yet.There is a smell coming from the bathroom that cannot be pinpointed. Maintenance has been out 4 times for it.The breaker was finally replaced after flipping off several times. I have never lived in apartments were waterbugs come in the house. I love kids, but they have no place to play. My truck is constantly hit by soccer and footballs. I would run so fast if I could move with no penalties."
