"Is there a Reason why nobody ever answers the phone? I have literally been calling since last week with no response. I have scheduled a tour a total of 3 times, only to waste my gas coming from The Colony all the way to Duncanville for blank trips. The first time no one was in the office , The second time Deanna told me they wouldn't have an available unit for show until Feb 2nd. So after taking off on Feb 2, and driving back over there calling while in route to make sure someone was there, not only did no one answer ... but I walked in to Deanna on her personal phone while ignoring the office phone ring. I have been in property management for 4 years , common customer service isn't hard to give. I do not appreciate my appointments being confirmed only to be blank trips. And the only response given is "Oh that's just our automated system". I have recommended several of our previous home owners that have down graded to several of HGM properties and this by far the worst experience ever. I'm sure this is not the way Sheila or Valerie handles business. Something needs to change ASAP."

"I have been on this property several times. I was mostly in the office to see what the atmosphere was like with unexpected drop-ins. Mrs. Bateman is absolutely amazing with her interaction skills. I recently visited the property on a Sunday to see what the appearance and tenants were like. It appears to be very family-friendly. As an advocate, I have made referrals to this property. This community is worth establishing residency. Thanks for the experience Deann and Marie."

"Been living here for a little while and it's nice. The upgrades are very nice and the apartments are roomy. Deann in the office always has a smile on her face and is always so helpful. Glad I found this place!"

"Not even been here for a year and already encountered so many issues. First of all, these apartments have pest control issues, ants and cockroaches when it gets hot. Other problem is when it gets just a bit cold the hot water stops working, so get proficient at boiling water and taking a shower that way in the winter. The handyman people are very nice and the staff working in the office as well. The one star is not for them is for the apartment itself. It is made out of very cheap materials to make it look nice, but it does not isolate well at all, many open holes where ants get in, I had to fix some myself. Main issues have been pest control and water heater. Oh, and sometimes you will lose power for hours. Other than that, the neighborhood is quiet, and the OUTSIDE of the apartments look nice."
