"Francia is the regional manager she got angry while we were talking one day and threatened to evict me out of anger . Carmen not so bad she just doing what francia unprofessional tale want her to do . I told her I was contacting the main office she told me all complaints go through her so there was no one to report her to .I left . I don’t care about breaking the lease I will not continue to pay someone who disrespects me as a human being . Francia needs to seek help . Not fit for the position the owners should know that . She treated me Like I wasn’t a human being . I hated living there . New management not as friendly as previous management very argumentative . They always have a problem with the chiller causing air to be out for more than one day I work from home so I have to work in those extreme temperatures with small children they never offer a solution just have to deal with it . the chiller has broke at least four times in last 3 months not cool .but the air always working in the office . I called compass multi family with my concerns no one called me back . I still have a headache from the heat all day this apartment makes me physically sick ."

She went out of her way to help me and make sure it was not difficult to apply. Hopefully we get good news. I recommend them. They actually care and want you to get approved."
