"2 days waiting for a pain med prescription after 3 wisdom teeth being removed and was not informed until I attempted to have my wife swing up there that it was on back order. No courtesy call. Just left me hanging."
"They never have the prescriptions ready when they say. Then you have to call and make sure before you head up there. Just slow. They aren’t like Walgreens or CVS so I don’t understand why it takes so long."
"I do not recommend this pharmacy for refills. They are always out, slow and can be rude. I’m really disappointed at their service. When the pharmacy tech recommends transferring your prescription to another pharmacy, that’s a huge red flag about their operations."
"Unbelievable. Do not use this pharmacy, ever. Took TWO DAYS to fill a prescription, two full days. I was told I would get a text when ready and when I didn’t and called (two days later) to follow up was told “that’s not the way it works unfortunately we’re short staffed and there are still other prescriptions ahead of you” I have never experienced anything like that in my life. AVOID THIS STORE FOR ANY REASON."
"Staff is really nice and polite. The only problem we have is it takes forever to get your prescription. They received my prescription in the morning and it won’t be ready till right before or at closing and a couple times not till the next day. And if you call them all they say is that you will get a text when it’s done."
