"Location is fantastic and near Arlington's biggest attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful when I inquired the best way to get to/from a game at AT&T stadium. The room was just the typical double queen room, nothing fancy but it could have used a little deeper cleaning as there was a thick layer of dust on some surfaces like the hairdryer, toilet tank and AC vent. Bed was comfy and they had free wifi."
"We always stay at this hotel when we come to watch the Rangers games. We’ve kinda made our own little routine of how we do things when we come to watch the games. This hotel has the nicest staff, and I’m kinda like finicky about staying in hotels bc of bed bugs.. I always go in and check the mattress, the places that I’ve been told to look for at hotels. This hotel is always very clean, courteous, and very accommodating.. we came back in June to a game, and my grown son came with us that time.. we have always stayed here bc the price is good, they are very clean and neat, and very accommodating if we need anything extra. My son was very impressed with this hotel bc it wasn’t loud, the room was clean and the service is just always very nice!! And we’re just around the corner from the Rangers Stadium! We get an Uber driver to pick us up and take us, then come back after the game to take us back to the hotel. It’s become a routine for us every time we come bc of the little things we’ve found just by some odd reasons.. and now it’s like a great pattern every time we come!!"
"The person at the front desk, Harsh, started messaging me on multiple social media accounts during my stay and even texted me. This is a disturbing, violating use of the personal information that I HAVE TO GIVE in order to book a room. I was deeply uncomfortable during my stay and even now that I am safely home. Until this person is fired, DO NOT STAY HERE."
"Great location for going to a game or six flags. Service was very good from the front desk staff. House keeping did a great job with cleanliness of the room, and the bed was super comfortable! Didn't use the pool, but the water was a good temperature and clean for swimming."
