"It's a good spot close to the airport in Ft. Worth. Lotsa stuff around for food. Not far of a commute to anything either. Rooms were good on site restaurant was average but def not bad. It's exactly what I expected. Pool n small fitness center were actually nicer than I thought. Would stay again."
"It is conveniently located near the DFW Airport and there is a shuttle running from 5am to 11pm. The rooms seem to have been renovated in the last 2-3 years. The staff is friendly and professional just as you expect from any Marriott hotel. If your in town for business or for a short stay, this is the place."
"My organization had an event at this hotel. This was the most unorganized management in the world. The GM was apparently in another state. We asked for the assistant GM and got the run around for 3 days. Finally, a person who was supposed to be the assistant GM met with us. After review of his card and credentials, he was the head custodian. He greeted us in jeans, new balances and an untucked dirty shirt. We simply tried to discuss an issue with the contract, and instead of listening to our concerns, the custodian said he was going to lock us out of the ballroom because we looked like "we could not afford the room." The gentleman was rude and condescending. The staff at the front desk said he was always rude to minority staff and this is why we were being treated poorly. We are setting up a meeting this month with corporate in Maryland. I do not recommend any group staying at this hotel."
"Stayed here during business travel. Location in regards to airport is convenient, however, the shuttle is absolute trash. 5 of us waited 45 minutes in same spot, called twice, and when the driver got there, he said we weren't standing there 20 minutes ago. Same poor shuttle service on way out, so we got an Uber. Rooms were nice, but colleague got two FULL beds instead of a king? Who has full size beds??? Food was actually good for a hotel, very clean, and everyone working was super nice."
