"This was a nice place three years ago, but it's gone waay downhill. You get what you pay for. I suggest spending a little extra, and get a nicer hotel. This place attracts low lifes, and it's in a high crime area. Last time I stayed here, Dominos or other delivery services refused to come here again, after a delivery person was attacked in the lobby."

"The worst hotel stay I've ever experienced. Despite the nice and clean front lobby, the moment I walked to my room, the experience just went downhill from there. The elevator was broken so we had to take the stairs, which was not a big deal since we didn't have heavy luggage. The worst part was when we entered the second floor hallway, the air was thick with old and new cigarette and marijuana smell. Even though all the rooms have "no smoking" signs, the hotel management obviously was not enforcing it. The smell even went inside the room because there was a big gap underneath the room door, which also posed safety concern. The room's smoking alarm was also disassembled for obvious reason. We didn't have time to find another hotel and we only stayed for one night so we just sucked it up. But we would never ever come back here again and would not recommend it to anyone."

"I've tried to use the elevatorat on point, and the front desk lady was terrible, because I was trapped inside because it wouldnt go up, yelling for help to get out of the that situation, once I was out the first thing that the lady said was" oh it does that sometimes " WHAT DO YOU MEAN SOMETIMES, everything looked torn up from the room, asked to see if there's another room by chance, and gave us a room with no door on it, went again and everything was fine, this was 3 years ago just a heads up, if the hotel is still in business to be up and running hopefully the management is a lot more different"

"WORST ECPERIENCE EVER!!! Me and my family had just driven 10 hours and were trying to rest. We had reservations for 2 rooms and they only gave us 1. Then the other room they gave us was worse the a/c didn't work. Then the other room they gave us also A/C didn't work. Then he said he couldn't do anything about. And while all this is happening my family was in the hallways with all our luggage waiting, tired 8 and 10 year old. I had enough and decided to leave he didn't apologize or try to find us another room he just left us and went inside his little office room."

"I have read multiple reviews but I always experience for myself. The friendliest staff. For the area this is in and the cost for the room, it is very good. My room was clean, comfortable, any concerns front desk took care of. Now if you dont like the location then maybe you should have done better research. For what you are paying this is the best you'll find in this area. Housekeeping staff is awesome, their hard work and diligence is so appreciated! My kids loved it here"
