"With all due respect to the many the glowing and not at all contrived, five-star reviews from Mughal, Asfand, Shahryar, Zeeshan, Salman, Altaf, Safwan, Faizan Ahmed and Malik Ali Hassan, here's a REAL REVIEW from someone who isn't related to the manager nor part of a network of merchants: I purchased a vape cartridge that I believe has a bad heating element. Regardless of why, it is non-functional and the manager refuses to replace it. I have been coming in twice a month, since the store opened, to spend a couple of hundred dollars on product. I guess customer loyalty means nothing because it is clearly more important to keep that $25.00 than to retain me as a customer and earn the thousands I would have certainly been spending over the years to come. That sounds like a very smart business plan. When I asked why they were unwilling to exchange the the broken cartridge for a working one, I was told that it's my responsibility to sit there and test every cartridge I buy "while I'm in the store"... before I get back behind the wheel of my car to drive home high. The fact of the matter is, the cartridge worked for the first couple of uses before the ionizer apparently failed. So I guess, by their "logic", the thing to do would be to sit there in the store and smoke through all the cartridges I purchase until they're empty before leaving, as a way to ensure I'm not being ripped off. There are vape stores popping up everywhere, including one that is actually a little closer to my house than this place. I would have been happy to continue patronizing this establishment because I do believe in loyalty, but only when I'm treated like a valued customer. Just know that if you purchase a broken product, these thieves will keep your money and tell you that its your fault."
