"We had this hotel booked months in advanced, paid the deposit, contacted the hotel to confirm our booking to be safe and when we arrive late at night they tell us that they over booked and we have to find somewhere else to stay. Other people we were staying with arrived earlier in the day and they did not advise them that we wouldn’t have a room. The hotel did not even try and help to assist us find an alternative hotel at all. I have been waiting nearly 2 months for my refund and their customer service is horrible. Wouldn’t even bother thinking of going here."

"Very nice, one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. Friendly staff, close to the ballpark, very comfortable beds, room was very clean and spacious. Decent price. Great breakfast. Highly recommend."

"First and foremost, I was given the 6th floor (top) by Priceline… for which I didn’t mind. But it’s a huge down grade when the elevator barely functioned! I had to take the stairs throughout my duration there because it was much quicker to get to my room. I stayed there 5 days and not once I was able to use the elevator. And then one of those days, I had to have some maintenance man come install some disability door bell. Yet, the elevator is in poor service that barely can be used. IMO, I think there should have been at least 4 elevators available. OR if they plan on doing only two… have one on each side of the hotel. Room was great… can’t really complain about that, Location was alright. But as far as service… it was horrible. Only way I’ll book this hotel if I’m guaranteed first floor."

"Not a bad hotel for one night. It’s kind of tucked away off the main roads so it was very quiet with no grocery or restaurants nearby. They had free water and popcorn in the lobby upon arrival. We had dinner at the bar which was good. It appeared the hotel was recently partly remodeled? Some things in the room were still older style and the light in the bathroom didn’t work. The breakfast was standard hotel breakfast- scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits & gravy, oatmeal and fruit. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Not sure if we would stay here again but we had a free night certificate to use."

"It was ok. Nice spacious rooms, but sheets were not cleaned and no in room microwave. We brought food to microwave but ended up ordering in. There is one downstairs. A few minor things are in need of maintenance. You can hear all activities in the hallway and rooms adjacent. The front desk clerk seemed a bit overwhelmed with a long check in line, but he was nice and patient with everyone. Long wait time for busy elevator. I don't know if one wasn't working or not, so we ended up using the stairs most of the time. There was not much variety in breakfast options, but it was good."
