"This place deserves a better rating. I tried to overlook the negative reviews and had a go since it was only a one-night trip. I didn’t expect much, but it seemed like I made the right decision—the suite room was in great condition and spacious. It wasn’t exceptionally pristine but was “decently” clean, especially considering its affordable price."

"Be careful - this place has bugs. American Airlines put me up in this place because of an overnight flight delay. The next morning I was getting ready and saw a little brown bug crawl out from underneath the sheets of the second bed in the room. Lucky, I had slept in the other bed, but it doesn’t really matter since bedbugs will infest an entire room. I just spent the entire day disinfecting, washing, and freezing my belongings just in case it was a bedbug. Also, the bathroom smelled like vomit. I told the guy at the desk about the bugs and showed him the photos (attached), he asked the room number and that was it. No apology or anything. Not a great stay. Wish I had slept in the airport."

"This hotel was very nice and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and flexible. I mistakenly booked the wrong date but they were able to make the necessary changes at no extra cost. I would totally recommend them."

"Rooms are dirty, shuttle is unreliable and super sketchy. It's jam-packed with people and more like a cargo van. There is not any breakfast, all they ask for is for vouchers from the airport for shuttle and stay ect. There are reviews online that say the lobby smells like armpit I thought they were exaggerating but they is factual. There was blood stains on the walls and comforter along with constant screaming and noise. I normally write nice reviews but this was trash do not reccomend."

"Decent place to stay by the airport. Get ready for a super full airport shuttle if you use it. It serves multiple hotels. Ours was completely full both trips and on one of them they asked us to sit in laps because there weren't enough seats. Then I saw the sign in the van that read "tips constitute the majority of driver's compensation and are greatly appreciated" LOL. Sorry guy. I'd say it's a good enough place if you don't plan to use the shuttle. Room was reasonably clean and comfortable."
