"I had paid for a room early. I understood that I couldn't get it until 3. But the way that they spoke to me was very rude. I simply asked what the run number would be. And she just wanted to argue and make her point right away. She should not be in that role if she can't calmly speak to customers. Her name is Dee. Terrible experience. I've stayed here before but this time I got a refund and left right away."

"By any and all means necessary avoid this hotel. I stayed for the Texas high school football championship games. The first room I was given smelled like garbage and the door did not shut (it was supposed to be out of order). I was given another room and it wasn't much better. I ended up buying Lysol to soak down the bed and and my own sheets and pillow from Wal-Mart just to be safe. Dirty/stained towels. I later found a used bar of soap that was left in the bathtub. The whole hotel is super outdated and lacking amenities that others have in the area. The only good thing about the hotel is that it's literally a 5 minute walk to the stadium. Now this year (2022) the same room I had last year is a staggering $600 for 3 nights. Even the front desk workers said there's no way they would pay more than $150 for all 3 nights."

"Room was disgusting. No refrigerator or safe as advertised. I literally went all the way back home to shower again every day because the shower was molding and slimy everywhere. They're lucky they have that location or they'd be out of business."

"Rooms are acceptable. People have no respect so rooms can smell a little like cigarettes. But they do a pretty good job at cleaning so it’s not too bad. It’s not the best but it was a nice stay. Slept well, had a good breakfast in the morning and it is close to the stadiums. We will definitely stay again."

"This is the worst hotel. Several amenities were missing, including tea/coffee maker, control for heat/air, and a hair dryer. The management requires a $100 deposit and there is no heat at all. None of these items are mentioned in the ad. I arrived late afternoon in December with outdoor temperature of 37 degrees F and dropping. A note in the room says no heat; if you don't want air conditioning, turn the system off. I made several complaints and was told that was the decision of the management and that management was unresponsive to calls, complaints, etc. I went to another hotel and there found that several others have left this hotel as well."
