"Well I have been here several times, plus I was living here back in the mid 90s. I also recommend this motel friendly staff, and it's the cheapest motel on Lancaster,and really for that matter anywhere else also. The area isn't as bad as it looks,but the rooms are cleaned and there are cleaned towels, maybe some of the room's doesn't have shower curtains,but really you're get a night rest and security."
"The fat black female office clerk is EXTREMELY RUDE. Shes asleep in the office most of the time. Lol."

"Staff is very friendly with fast service! Kish is a helpful and kind person. The rooms are spacious clean and comfortable. It is a safe peaceful and bright piece of Ft Worth history and if you give it a try you will be impressed. You would never think, being in the busy area that it is in that you would find a peacful oasis like this."
"Looks are deceiving. The neighborhood isn't the greatest but while your on the grounds of the motel you will definitely be safe and secure. There are cameras all over. They have Security that drives throughout the grounds. The staff are friendly especially the nice lady at the office. I forgot her name. She made me feel very welcomed. The only thing that I didn't like is you had to leave out of your room and walk towards the front of the grounds go to this room to use the microwave and you have to pay to use the ice maker. But, overall I had a comfortable stay and I would definitely come back again."
