"Today I went for a mammogram and was told they could not do it because of a past bill. We never ever received a bill in the past. I had 2 insurances. They told me to call the billing dept. I called and they would not set up payments. I said I guess you all just want me to die of cancer and the woman said that would not happen. All this place cares about is money and not the patients. I see from the other reviews I am not the first one they did this to. Guess this woman thinks she is God. I left this place crying. Think twice about going to this place for anything. They rather you die."
"Really disappointed in this place. I'm having some medical issues and in the past, they took me as a walk-in. My doctor sent me down for some imaging that needed done stat and the front desk was very rude. Not nice or really acknowledged me. And I cannot get in for an appointment for over a week. This is not good access to care or customer service!"

"06/22/23 THIS IS MY UPDATE FROM THE PREVIOUS REVIEW BELOW: They asked me to email them my husbands information, which I did and have done twice now, with absolutely no response from them. We have not been contacted to work out any resolution to the issue. We are happy to pay the cash price for this procedure which is what should have been offered the day of service. Now they are threatening to send this to collections. Don't understand why we are not being contacted to help resolve this situation. A procedure that should have costed $400-$500 they are trying to bill us $1765. WATCH THIS PLACE... My husband had an MRI done in March, we have insurance and now we are receiving a bill for it. He was told it was covered by our insurance, but apparently the insurance verification department in Boerne failed to check whether it would be applied to his deductible. One representative told me they never check that the other one I spoke to said they always check that. He should have been offered a cash price the day of service, this is UNETHICAL Now we are receiving a bill for $1765.00, I would call this bait and switch. I have spoken with 3 different representatives and not making any headway."
"Much like their overall 2.8* rating indicates, I've had some 5* experiences here and some 1-2*. I guess it just depends on the day. Its frustrating to have an MRI appointment, arrive early, wait an hour past the appointment, go to the front desk, they call back to the tech and say we'll be helped in 5 mins. Amazing how that works; I just wish I'd done it 45 mins earlier. In the end, communication is key. If you're running an hour behind, set the expectation. If your tech messed up and just forgot you, apologize. No biggie."
