"I booked this place. And I realize I didn't add my friend to the room . Which my third party doesn't give me a option to do that. So I call the front desk to do it for me. He notified me that they don't do that and to do it online. I explained to him they don't and doesn't have a place for me to do that. Also that if I have any issues with this to contact the property. And all he can say without ever touching his computer. Is he couldn't do anything. And to make sure to bring your id. Here lies the 2nd issue. I than ask well I have a id but I don't like handing it over but he could write down the info ... Noooooo, he claims that they needed to swipe it and that's the only way.... He was rude. Had no knowledge of his job. I've been to plenty of hotels and never have I seen this happened. Absolutely horrible. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND EVER,NOT EVEN TO THE PEOPLE THAT ARE HOMELESS."
"Talk about hearing every noise that was made from the neighboring rooms — to the traffic. Sits right next to the freeway. I smelled weed inside and outside. It’s low budget to say the least. You’re going to see some hood ..sh. Customer service isn’t a strong suit here. I’ve never seen anything like the hotels runners don’t"
"Second week here, the rooms are cozy and great sizes, clean bedding/showers/appliances, friendly staff, I’m only 3 minutes away from work, great prices! The doors actually lock unlock a lot of places I’ve been here, see great things about the breakfast, but I’ve yet to try. They also gave me fresh towels without asking. Places I’ve stayed for multiple days expect you to ask or just to continue using the same linens, but not here! Clearly, 10/10!✨"
"I've have had nothing but great service from this hotel and their staff. The staff, from the front desk, and whoever is in the office, to the maids(the ladies who cleans the rooms),have been fantastic to me. It's pretty busy outside, at times, and I'm always in my room or gone. While I was there, I never saw no police, or no trouble around this facility. Very nice, out of my price, but I stayed, and enjoy the nights, for 2 weeks. When I'm in town, I will come back again."
