Motel 6 Fort Worth, TX - Downtown East

"They were remodeling and put me and my infant on the floor they were painting and remodeling, as well as, in a room that someone was either staying in or had just left out of and was disgusting. When I asked to switch rooms, they had an attitude(this happened several times). I have witnessed the lady yell at customers and be extremely rude. Only stayed because of the convenience and cheap price. Definitely was not and would not be my first choice."

"Everything was disgusting, the halls were gross, there was a guy laying in said hall, the elevator had cigarette buts in it, everything smelled awful. The Blanket had a literal cum stain on it!!!! Asked the front desk man for a fresh set but he said there wasnt anything clean ready. There were dead roaches in the bathroom. Worst experience ever complete waste of money, sleeping in the car would have been better."

"I do not like giving such a bad review, but I feel I must caution other travelers against staying here. The room was dirty upon arrival, and housekeeping never showed during our 2-night stay. People were openly smoking marijuana in the elevators and hallways. We were also approached by people in the parking lot asking for money and/or to use our phones every time we went to the car. We stayed here because it was the only pet friendly hotel available right before Christmas, but we will not be staying here again. I caution others not to either."

"There is no real customer service at this location. When I arrived at the location, there was no one at the front desk. When I asked why it was 70.00 dollars, when Google maps said it's 46.00. The clerk said I didn't make a reservation, in order to get that price, I have to make a reservation online and he said if I go somewhere else don't forget to add 15% for taxes. I was tired and needed some sleep so I paid for the room. The hallways were disgusting, the floor had large stains spots. The vending did not work and the elevator floor was sticky, had graffiti and marks on the walls. At night there's people hanging out, a lot of foot traffic and they have security kicking homeless people put the property and parking area. When checking out, again no customer service. When I arrived at the front desk, there was no one at the front desk and again I had to wait. When the clerk arrived she said with attitude how can I help, I said I'm here to check out and gave her the key card. She took the key card, said nothing, did something to the key card and just looked at her phone. I kept looking at her, she looked up from her phone and "yeah". So I asked is there any paperwork or receipt. All she said was " you're good " so I just left with irritation, with some anger. I'm not going to waste my time yelling at stupid people who will never understand what good manners and behavior means."

"Where do I start?? Terrible place. They canceled one of the rooms we reserved then charged us an insane amount for our room. When we went to our room there was water all over the floor and it smelled like weed. I went downstairs to ask for towels since we only had one and they questioned me. Also noticed that there was an individual talking to the staff about rooms and CANCELING rooms to fulfill this person’s needs which from what I’d seen was for pimping. He was there for hours doing it. Our toilet didn’t flush and the shower head was broken. We left to another place and went and asked about a refund and was told I wouldn’t get one so I could either stay or lose out on my money. Extremely run down. Will never stay here again. Had to return to get deposit for other family member."
