"Front desk staff are very friendly. Clean and nice rooms. Really like there new room very close to downtown."
"I had to find a driver of ours a room for a few nights due to their truck needing repairs. we picked this location because it was within walking distance of the repair shop. The driver was without her fridge from her truck the nice thing was that the room was supposed to come with a fridge and a microwave. The room did not have either. She asked if they could change her room to one with a microwave and a fridge, however they refused and said she was not going to be staying long enough to get a room with those anemities. The straw that broke the camels back was when our driver went to take a shower the water only went over her head and out of the shower so we had to find her a new location. A new location where we extended her stay anyway because the repairs took longer than expected."
"Price beats anyone's complaints I have roaches in my room but I'm taking care of it cause why not ... Lol no I didn't bring them and there isn't much of roaches just seen a couple ... This is the Northside we talking about ... Anyways front desk did his part and I can't say I'm not content w how It turned out .. would book here again no doubt"
"I was placed in a room by the stairs, and constantly had people hanging around the stairs all night with radios, etc. Had someone try to open the door. Felt very unsafe and could not sleep. I noticed that the homeless people would sleep in front of rooms. I have to say that the room was spacious and clean. The desk attendant who worked last night has still not return my $50 deposit to my debit card even though he has said he has. I will not recommend staying if you have kids."
"To be honest both time i was in roo. 138 and it was pretty damn clean. Had lots of hot water, great pressur and never once saw a bug. The highway noise can be loud and the area is sketchy but hey i dont mind a lil sketch once in a while."
