"This place only has 1 thing going for it and that is the quiet. Other than that the staff was rude and the place has the worst roach problem. When we informed the front desk attendant he came to see and kicked it into the curtain and said he didn't see anything and accused us of bringing it in than told us to leave it to the professionals. We went to eat breakfast and the lady messed up the machine and the front desk kid accused me and my kids off breaking the machine. If you want a foreigner judging you and treating you like a rat stay here."
"My original reservation was for 4 days. I stayed 1 night. Housekeeping was banging on my door in the morning ignoring the do not disturb sign on the door. I reported it to front desk, Sam was useless and he basically called me a liar and told me I can leave if I have complaints! I immediately cancelled the remainder of my stay there and checking into the Doubletree. This is the first time I have stayed at a Best Western in a long time, never again! Sam really needs to work on his conflict resolution especially since he works in hospitality. I also sent a formal complaint to Best Western directly."
"Great location, plenty of parking, cozy and up-to-date rooms, Android compatible TV for easy streaming. Everything we did over our weekend stay was within 20 minutes of the hotel so it worked out great for us."
"We have stayed at this location while in Fort Worth a few times and are never disappointed! I am a Diamond Member and they treat me as such. The staff is very friendly, efficient, and the hotel is VERY CLEAN. Thanks for another GREAT experience!!!"
