"All that I have to say is that you definitely get what you pay for when it comes to effeciency motel rooms in the city of Fort Worth, Texas. Definitely not a bad place for a night or three or for a week or two, possibly a months time maximum. Although some associates of mine just so happen to currently reside at this efficiency hospitality establishment and have proclaimed that the staff and overall experience at this establishment has been decent considering the cost......Give it a shot if you are in the area and you wish to get a room for the night..... Although, they do happen to sell out rather quickly from what I understand.....so, you might just want to get there early if you so wish to get a room at this location at this kind of pricing!!!!!!!"
"This place is decently priced, and has been cleaned up considerably. Front office is great, the washer and dryer work, wish the soda machine had Diet Coke but thats my only complaint other than roaches. Great for what it is."
