"If you are looking for a clean hotel with a comfy bed then this may work for you. We were told the hotel had a restaurant. It does not. It says 24-hour front desk but no one is actually there unless you ring the bell. Each room comes with a hair dryer but ours was broken and obviously so, there was no on-off switch. The second floor is accessible only by stairs as there is no elevator. It is a basics only hotel. Having said that, it was affordable and it was clean. There is no maid service unless you put your name on a list. You can get clean towels from the front desk. The lounge is a couple of bench seats in the front of the hotel just off from the front desk. If you plan on doing anything ovther than sleeping there, I suggest you go somewhere else."

"I came in for a room they owners or people who work the counter accused me of causing problems in a previous visit which is untrue I always get my deposit back because I follow their policy she said she knew me but couldn't recall my name my children's name or ages or genders she then asked me to extra fees for my kids who are both under 12 the room i reserved was a double bed for 4 people but at the door they wanted extra fees per person which is unfair I believe it was because I'm black and she previously had problems with another african American because she couldn't name any specific things I did I wrong or why I received my deposit back each time in the past if I had caused problems.. the woman refused to pull up video proof of her claims about me and told me to take my business elsewhere"

"No free breakfast since COVID apparently. Google summary is incorrect in this regard. Only vending machines. Otherwise as advertised. Clean and inexpensive. Also non secure Wi-Fi (no password required). This is a liability. These are my only complaints. Kind and pleasant staff, but the breakfast issue felt like false advertising. The website is accurate, just Google's description is out of date."

"Honestly was not sure how our experience would be based on reviews however I’m so happy I decided to book the room. Our stay was AMAZING. The woman working the front was super friendly and welcoming. The room far exceeded my expectations. Given the price and location, I wasn’t expecting what we got. The room was immaculate and beds were comfy enough for a hotel bed. The only complaint I had was the pillows and lack of pillows. But I typically travel with my own anyway so not a huge deal tbh. Overall it was an amazing experience and stay. I will definitely be staying here from now on when visiting Fort Worth."

"Do not come here !!!!The room was disgusting it smelled horrible was infested with roaches . The furniture and bedding was stained and had holes . The bathroom was moldy and when I asked for a refund because I could not sleep in the unsanitary conditions the employee yelled in my face and refused to give me a refund because the room was “used” even tho all I did was walk around and once I saw how nasty it was I went to request a refund. I will be reporting them for health code violations. I have video evidence of them yelling in my face as well it was incredibly unprofessional !!!"
