"Basically a nice, typical, better than average mobile home park. Reason for 5 stars: all of the mobile homes are well-kept and very clean Located on one of the busiest highways ( Boca Chica).it has a long brick wall in front. The mangers (Gringos) are extremely congenital are seems like a good park to live-in."
"Karen and Chet have been so helpful to Colleen and I. We only rent but are treated with the upmost respect and helpful courtesy. Pool area as is the entire park is very well maintained, hoping to go next winter as well, fingers crossed."
"Wonderful place to stay! The property management, Chet and Karen are great people. Lots of fun activities and just good people! The park is so well maintained, the facilities are awesome. Year 5 for us... couldn't be happier!"
