"Horrible experience having lived there for 4 months, the apartments are remodeled but very small, there are cockroaches and flies because there are people there who have dogs and they walk them to do their business right there in the parking lot and sometimes even in the hallways, there are many marijuana users who live there. They like to drink alcohol until dawn in the parking lot with the music playing loudly and a mentally ill lady who went out every night to cry and talk alone on the balcony, they struggle a lot with parking, don't waste your money living there, look for another place"

"In town for a little while, need a long term hotel until I find an apartment. Saw their ad on FB, went to check it out. Parking lot is full of serious holes that would destroy a vehicle. People sitting outside of apartments with doors open (assuming AC doesnt work) staring me down when I went to go to the office. The front office has several open signs, but wasnt open. Everything looks really run down, unkempt and generally bad. I never got to see a hotel/apartment in this place, because for the last 3 days, no one has been in the office. Kinda feel scared just driving up to the place."
