"My husband and I moved here and just planned on staying for the summer. We rented from a wonderful couple here in the park. Two and a half years later we are still here because we love winter haven! The people are very welcoming, the staff is top notch, and this place is just gorgeous. Everything is well maintained, Tom the manager keeps this place running like a well oiled machine! There are so many fun activities such as: three pools, a spa, dances with live bands, dinners at the lovely clubhouse, bingo, card games of all types, a billiards room, chess club, tennis, pickle ball and so much more. Being close to south padre island is great for fun beach outings, great food and plenty of entertainment. Brownsville is a safe and welcoming place, with lots of great eating establishments, shopping and activities. Whether you are a winter Texan or live here all year round you will definitely enjoy this beautiful park!"
