"They lie, take tips and do not provide proper maid service. Infested with roaches while the manager hires car detailers and flaunts his vehicle to the Mexican understaff! No wonder they hate the white man!"
"Horrible experience. Bad attention at the front desk, room with a weird smell, they charged me for breakfast and then told me that they don't do that since the pandemic. Anything is better than this."
"The front desk clerk was very kind and respectful. The rooms and the parking are really clean and organized. If you are ever here visiting Brownsville this is the place to book a room in for sure. Plus it's nearby a little lounge bar and a lot of restaurants. Worth every penny."
"Booked a room for two nights 150$ affordable yes. It was really runned down. Paint chipping off walls, couch was beyond stained. Pull out was even worse. Left clothing and dirty floors. Half used toilet paper, no hand soap. Cigarette burns everywhere! And I mean everywhere. If using this establishment. Bring pillows, blankets and extra towels."
"The hotel room was gross. A couch so stained looked like they fished it out of the dumpster. Broken furniture nightstand. The TV didn't work. The parking lot full of potholes. This was not even a cheap stay to say the least. I would definitely not recommend nor stay again."
