"For what people pay itz not worth it the beds are all old curtains have hole towels are old no hand soap they need to upgrade really bad cant have visitors for being from India u figure the rooms would like better and no cups no coffee nothing they have a very low ratings"

"Major rant incoming here...because my experience with this place was TERRIBLE. Seriously, I do not ever recommend coming here... Where do I begin? I was not very comfortable in the bathroom, and the front door's chain lock was broken, which made me feel unsafe. The window curtains looked kinda dirty and tacky, and there wasn't even a phone to contact the front office with. However, the one thing that made the most uncomfortable was the Wi-Fi. It was horrible. I couldn't connect to it from the room, AT ALL, and when I told the staff about it, they didn't believe me! I had zero Wi-Fi access for the entirety of my stay! I had to walk to the Coffee Shop, near Lubbock's downtown plaza to use the internet. If I had to make a pick for the worst motel in Lubbock, this would have to be it. I never want to go back there again..."

"By far one of the WORST hotels in all of Lubbock! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. BIG MISTAKE. Let’s start off with their front desk. It’s always extremely messy, there’s never anyone working their shifts, and the employees can barely speak English. They try to book room after room (without explaining the cancellation policy) and that’s how they get your money! You end up booking a room, and the room won’t be ready for hours! You then can try to cancel, but their policy is that they keep your money! The rooms are disgusting. The sheets smelled dirty and looked like they hadn’t been washed for a couple occupants. The bathroom sinks are dirty and run-down. Overall, If I could give this Inn anything less than 1 star, I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. BIG MISTAKE."
