"This is an older Hotel but, the rooms have been updated. We stayed there for 9 days while my father in law was in the hospital. The staff was good , our rooms were clean , and besides being under staffed for maid service the 1 maid made sure all rooms were cleaned. There continental breakfast is not your eggs and sausage but they do have waffles, cereal , bagels , toast, yogurt and fresh coffee. We thank them for keeping there prices low as with our situation we couldn't afford to stay if it wasn't for them."
"The gentleman at the desk was so patient & kind & went out of his was to fix the issue when my ID wouldn't scan. We were having a horrible night & his kindness made it better. The rooms were very clean, towels folded like origami which definitely took time & I felt safe walking around alone. This is an amazing hotel for the price & will recommend it to all my friends & family."
"The staff were absolutely amazing and were trying to help us in every way. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had lots of accomodations for the disabled. If we stay in Lubbock again we will definitely be staying here. By far one of the best hotels in Lubbock."
"We stayed in the Guesthouse for 4 weeks while a loved one was in the hospital right down the road. We have no complaints. The staff is absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond for us. Everyone we spoke with was so kind and helpful. The room service was also excellent, the rooms are kept very clean. GREAT stay for the price!"
"No frills hotel. For the price, one can't complain. Close to my daughters appointment and more convenient than dragging my 5 year old of bed at 3 am to drive from New Mexico. Pros: I didn't hear a single other person through the walls or doors all night. Got changed into a new room within minutes of calling. Con: got into our room and had no power to the outlets and no lights in the bedroom part. The appliances that looked like they were from the 70s made me laugh a little. Breakfast was a little light but not bad."
