"This hotel is awful! We reserved for 3 nights and checked out after the first night because the room was filthy. The shower had pubic hairs all over and the drain didn’t work, the floor was filthy, the mattress was caved in, and the heater sounded like a helicopter landing every time it turned on. We tried to resolve this with the hotel and Expedia and neither of them were willing to help us. The two things a hotel should provide include a comfortable bed and a decent shower and they failed both"

"Place itself was fine but housekeeping was not. I’ve been here for 3 weeks plus now, asked for service twice, both times all sheets weren’t changed,table and bathroom counter tops not cleaned, room wasn’t vacuumed. And one time my door was left propped open all day when I got back 8:00pm. Luckily, nothing was stolen but That could have ended really bad as I had few expensive electronics and golf clubs in the room."

"The rooms and available spaces are very nice. The staff is usually ok, but I never experience nothing out of the ordinary. The worst part about staying here once a month is the breakfast by far! The selection is minimal and it’s always the same thing. The rooms are modern and clean and there’s plenty of parking spaces. The WIFI is terrible!"

"We stayed at this hotel for a travel team trip this weekend. It seemed like a great place, location and had the amenities we needed. We thought we found our place when staying in Lubbock for our future trips. The only complaint I really had was the first night we stayed, there was blaring music with people loud people past 11 pm. It wasn't until we got home and realized we left some Oakley sunglasses on the kitchen fridge. I figured, since this is a Marriott, they'd have honest workers who would return them. We called only a few hours after checking out and somehow no one could locate these sunglasses. It's very disappointing, that everyone is stating they can't locate the sunglasses, but haven't inquired further into what happened to them. Next time, we will just stay at a higher end hotel that costs the same, with nearly the same type of amenities. A large pet peeve of mine is dishonesty. So if you want to stay somewhere, where you want to trust the staff, then I would recommend going elsewhere. We knew the exact spot we left the sunglasses, to no avail."
