"Jeanne and Sarah did a great job on decorating. However, several products were less than perfect. I realized that a mirror that I paid $ 1200.00 for had a manufacturerers defect in it after 8 months .( MOST Furniture Stores gives 1 year for manufacture defects) I know because I called.I let Jeanne know as soon as I discovered it. I took a picture of the mirror . Jeanne said the manufacturer of the mirror would not replace it. I invited Jeanne to come and look at the mirror in person just to see how bad it really is. (Maybe this would not happen to another client ) Jeanne refused to come and take a look. She stated there was nothing they could do. If you use The Design Source in Sugarland please closely inspect ALL of your products as you may not get the quality you paid for. I would not refer Design Source to anyone for decorating needs."
