"I haven't had great experiences with Pottery Barn in Highland Village and I popped in to SL one day to see if it might better. Gayle helped me and was a delight to work with. She's helpful, patient and provides excellent service. Thank you Gayle!"

"My customer service experience, in-store, was exceptional. But my satisfaction with the product I purchased was terribly poor. I saved for some time to invest in a sectional sofa - while we are empty nesters, the sofa does get everyday use and it seemed the most appropriate place to invest extra money. Thousands of dollars and one year later, I can't adequately describe my disappointment in the quality of this product. The slipcover fits too loosely, so shifts and buckles constantly; the cushions are poorly constructed. Each week, I must take the cushions off, adjust and resecure the slipcover, then flip the cushions and put them back in place. A complaint to customer service went unanswered and the problem has become so severe that I have hired a seamstress to make a new slipcover and cushion covers. Given its high cost, I anticipated a much better product. Again, in-store service is wonderful; product quality is subpar."

"Please listen, as I often don’t write reviews. It saddens me that I have to write this review because I was so excited to use Pottery Barn furnishings to decorate my home. Imagine my excitement to find they offered at home design services. I called to schedule an at home appointment and waited with gleeful anticipation to meet with my designer. However, I received a call from Caleb not once, but twice!! informing me that it would be best if I came into the store vs. someone coming to my home. He asked if I understood how the process worked. I couldn’t use their service unless I was buying from Pottery Barn(duh!!) he went on to explain that they we’re trying to make a sale. Why did he assume that I don’t know how the process worked? This is the 4th home that my husband and I are buying. It bothers me that in 2023, we still have to concern ourselves with blatant stereotypical assumptions and treatment. The Sugarland Pottery Barn needs to train its employees to treat Everyone with dignity and respect. Training on how to deal with all customers. What I am happy about is the fact that I can warn others and hope they spend their money where they feel included and respected. Do you really want to make a sale, or do you want to sell to certain people? Hidden racism!!! I am also writing a letter to your corporate headquarters!!"

"DO NOT buy furniture here. We went months with half a bed, paid for the bed, and never received it. We slept on the floor on our mattress for months with false promises that it was being delivered. Unfortunately, we had already donated our original bed, so we had to buy a bed through another furniture store."

"DON'T COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET PROFILED BEFORE YOU MAKE IT HALFWAY THROUGH THE STORE. Went today to check out the store, told the employee we were just looking to buy something, was inside the store less than 6 mins before she told us to "Skadoodle". I don't know if she was trying to be funny, but that's not a way to treat costumers. I've never gone to a store where they kick customers out. Horrible Human."
