I visited the store and the sales associate answered all my question about the mattress I came to look at and never tried to sell me it. He didn't even take down my contact information before leaving the store when I said I need the night to figure out if I'm going with the mattress I came to look at, or a different brand they didn't carry. I called the next day (Sunday) to place my order and it arrived to the store on Friday and they delivered it to my RV Park within a few hours after receiving it. He helped me with “research” and educated us on platforms that worked with our existing bed frame, which opened up the number of mattress options from which to select.
