"I made and paid for my reservation 2 months ago, was in communication with the host on 7/19 with no mention of a problem. I reached out today 7/20 for check in information for tomorrow and my reservation was cancelled. The host lied and said payment was not received. PayPal AND VRBO confirmed that payment was made… now I have NOWHERE to stay as I’m traveling alone from 400 miles away. BEWARE"

"To address the owner's response below: I used a fake name to create this review when I lived at Sixth Street Exchange. I did that out of fear that I would not get my security deposit back if I used my real name. With Sunset Properties being an extremely immature company, I feared that using my real name would not get my security deposit back when I moved out a few months ago. Hopefully, people reading this see how that speaks volumes about the quality of Sunset Properties and Sixth Street Exchange. I would highly recommend NOT living here. The leasing company does not care about you or managing this building at all. Instead of trying to lease units to actual residents, many of the units are Airbnb units. Huge parties occur during the weekend in these units that go unnoticed since management has no intention of addressing the problem. The common areas and hallways are always dirty, and nothing gets fixed. There are plenty of other much better apartments downtown to choose from UPDATE: I've been here for an additional six months and wanted to provide an update. NOTHING has changed. If anything, things have gotten far worse. The building is far from clean. There was puke in the elevator and next to the front door that sat there for days. The elevator was not useable for how bad it smelled. I talked to another resident who reported the issue, and management DID NOTHING for days. Airbnb residents continue to be the leading cause of these problems. The moral of the story here is we have tried to give management a chance to improve. However, they are more focused on creating Tiktoks and going on kayak trips than caring for their residents. Their marketing has created a terrible image for what they claim they stand for. Please don't be fooled by the cheaper-than-average rent rate here. The management and maintainability of the building outweighs it."

"I moved here in February. The location is about as perfect as you can find in downtown Cincinnati. Next door to the best restaurants and a few steps from fountain square and public transportation. The units are gorgeous. I love the kitchen layout and light fixtures and the views of downtown. The other Airbnb units have not been an issue at all on our floor. Management can be slow to reply, but anything important gets done quickly and Ken our leasing agent has been terrific."

"It’s just ten floors of air bnbs. Constant loud parties. Trash in the lobby. Property company just profit seeking and doesnt care about tenants. Shady leasing. New York prices For a knock off upscale living. Wouldn’t recommend."
