"My experience living at the villages was extraordinary. Jennifer in the office was fantastic at ensuring things like maintenance and other miscellaneous functions were handled in a timely manner. When I had to leave because of a life event, she was amazing and kind guiding me through the process. I would have never left, but life had other plans. If I ever have the opportunity to move back I’m going right back to the villages. I have to also mention Jaime in the office who was amazing as well."

"Good Morning and want to thank Jennifer Zaffiro who is the manager at the Villages of Florence. We started the search back in October as we put our house up for sale. At the time she was the manager at the Villages of Independence. She understood our needs and that we could not move until we sold the house. She kept us in the loop all the time and was able to secure a townhome once we sold the house. We finally sold the house and closed in early January and moved to this beautiful location on January 16th. She no doubt went way above the normal customer service and please if you are looking for a townhome to rent she will help you with every step along the way."

He did a great job and is always a professional whenever he is here. So glad that we chose to live here. All of the staff is awesome and they do a great job!"

"We used to live at Villages of Independence before purchasing a home. Jennifer Zaffiro was our community manager and she was amazing, as was Troy!! My husband handles garage door repair and replacement for all of the Villages and our experience is amazing! Put your trust in Jennifer, she will always get things done for you in a timely and professional manner. She made living there fun with things such as decorating contests, breakfast, pizza and yard sales! She is very good at what she does! We miss her since moving!!!!"

She is the best manager of property and the most gracious professional kind person!! We love the apartments since we are elderly. No maintenance! Jennifer took care of everything!
