"Avoid & just go to Cook Children’s. I brought my 9MO here for breathing trouble, cough, mucus, & fever. The provider didn’t even do any Covid, flu, or RSV tests. She said he had a double ear infection and prescribed antibiotics. That was that. Nothing was done for the breathing trouble because his “lungs sounded beautiful.” He had a definite crackle when he’d exhale. Not even 30 hours later we were at the ER and being admitted for walking pneumonia & rhinovirus. His oxygen was 86 & had retractive breathing. I am mostly shocked that no tests were ran on an infant who appeared with labored breathing, mucus, fever, & all of the typical symptoms of a virus. I’d think twice before going here with an infant or for any viral infections."

"The Dr and staff were amazing. They took great care of my son and I think they gave him the best care he’s ever received. They were so kind and professional, wish they could be our PCP! Thank you all for really taking the time to see and make sure my son felt better!"

"Didn't have the experience to have my baby be seen by doctor. However, I had some questions before being checked in and the receptionist asked the doctor. Turns out they would have not been able to help us and best if we went to a hospital instead. This saved me time and money which I appreciated so much. I found it very ethical to be honest and advise what is best for my child instead of trying to make a buck."

"As always they were so kind and compassionate with my little one. We had an afternoon appt and were brought back from the (super clean) waiting room within 10 minutes. They were quick to take vitals and get him examined and diagnosed. I was impressed that they offered him Motrin for his fever (never had anyone offer fever reducer before at a pediatrician). We were about to wait at the pharmacy and I didn’t have any on hand, so it was a much appreciated gesture. They even sent his prescription over to the pharmacy immediately, which doesn’t usually happen at our normal pediatrician office, it takes about 30 minutes. I love that they sent it right away because I always call ahead and make sure the pharmacy at Costco has the medication on hand (iykyk), so I was able to do that right away without bugging the receptionist. Also, the receptionist was beyond kind and accommodating of our large family - just super helpful and kind hearted."

"I've been going here since they were under the name "Bumps and Bruises" and they have always been wonderful! They have stayed past closing in the past to ensure that my kiddo was stable before we transferred to Cooks. Then called to check on him twice while we were admitted at Cooks. I've been back several times since then and always had a great experience! Knowledgeable and caring staff with great bedside manner. They answer questions, ensure all concerns are addressed and never feel like I'm being rushed. I genuinely love this place!"
