"This is one of the excellent hotels that I have stayed. We stayed there very recently, in-fact the very first day of the weekend, the hotel went under new ownership. We were there for the wedding. We had a whole family booking for 23 rooms. Great hospitality by the new management. We also had great family gathering, enjoyed our food, drinks etc in their very spacious dining room. A whole hearted five-starrer in all aspects."

"Good location and great customer service. View from rooms were nice and free hot breakfast in the morning was good. Hotel does not charge high deposit for incidentals like other hotels. Doors for hotel rooms if updated would make the hotel a lot nicer. Overall good safe hotel, close to the freeway. Will stay there again in the future."

"Booked this place due to photos on their website and the reasonable cost. Lobby was renovated, and that was about it. Our room had candy wrappers on the floor in the corner, rips in the lamp shades and bed sheets. Didn't notice those until the morning when we were checking out; only there for a quick overnight. Definitely would look elsewhere to stay next time in town."

"The hotel was a standard Fairfield Inn. The reception desk was friendly and professional. The free breakfast was good and had a nice selection. A good selection of restaurants within walking distance and near the convention center Room were small with a musky odor that left when the AC ran for a while. Overall, about due for a refreshing of the hotel."

"Okay, I hate giving bad reviews. This hotel's staff was 10/10. They were exceptional. The lady who checked me in immediately felt like a friend. It felt like i had known her for years. She went above and beyond . It's almost sad to meet amazing people at a poor location because no matter how they do their job, the hotel will still get not so great reviews. I, for the life of me, can't remember her name ( my fault, I'm horrible with names), but she needs to be at a 5 star location and moved up to management. Okay, when you walk into the lobby, you think great tgis will be a good stay, then you walk down the hallway, which seems to be to the back of the hotel, and you quickly realize this isn't gonna be as great as you thought. We walked into our 1st room, and the smell had the power to almost knock you to the floor. It smelled of mold, really bad. Upon getting in, I immediately noticed the ripped bedding and stained floors. There was hair all over the place ( including under the sheets). The lamp didn't work , the room was just over-all a mess. We called the front desk and again she was amazing. She was very apologetic and immediately switched rooms. She upgraded our room to a "suite " ( 2 connecting rooms. One with a bed and 1 with a loveseat ). This room had a worse smell than the 1st and also had ripped bedding. We just didn't feel like moving again, so we cleaned it ourselves and brought in our own blankets from the car. We only stayed 1 night, but it was a very uncomfortable night. The mattresses need to be replaced, and I'll never understand why some hotels don't replace sheets,comforters, rags, and towels every couple of months. It really would make such a huge difference. This is poor ownership, absolutely NOTHING to do with staff. This place has an AMAZING staff. Overall, if you want somewhere great to stay for a few days, this is not it. If you're just catching a few hours before your next stop like us, this could work for you."
