Along with thier current selection of products on the floor and the products they can order I have been very impressed. Yes everyone has a bad day and no company is perfect, I sure can say that this one knows how to focus on the future and try daily to provide thier best service."

"They will tell you whatever you need to hear to buy, after you pay they are very different people, they will not help you with your furniture if you have issues with them, that is so wrong in my point of view, the way they do business, incredibly kind when selling, and incredibly rude when you call back with issues. "I have purchased several furniture items from Eddin’s over the past 30 years. The latest purchases were when we retired & moved to Lubbock two years ago and bought quite a few new pieces for our new home. I wanted a Mayo couch and they had them in stock. They had a great selection of everything we needed, even though every other furniture store was telling us it would take six months to receive the order. We bought two recliners, and after two years, the reclining mechanism in one broke. I called, they ordered the part and when it came in, the nicest two young men came and got the chair, fixed it as good as new, and returned it the same day. Their delivery/service guys are about the best I’ve ever seen; they are polite and handle the furniture very gently. I would recommend Eddin’s to anyone looking for good furniture and good service!"

My wife and I went on an impromptu trip to look at potential couch options and instead, walked out with an excellent deal on a new bed and dresser for a bedroom set we were having a difficult time completing! Eddins had all of the matching missing pieces we were looking for, as well as several others I appreciated that it didn't feel like a used car dealership, like so many other furniture stores do. "My husband and I purchased a reclining love seat here on Saturday late afternoon. The salesman, Al, was so very patient and nice to us. We had one idea in mind then decided because of space we had for the love seat we needed to change our idea of what we needed. Al was most helpful in that choice he allowed us to shop around (other stores) come back and always as kind and never pushy. When we got the love seat delivered. The men were extremely nice, polite, quick and clean. We had the love seat delivered to our rv. They were never concerned about getting the old one out and the new one in. It was a great experience. I will shop there again."
